Terms of Service — AppoinText AI

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from AppoinText AI ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our platform.

2. Services Provided

AppoinText AI provides custom AI-powered lead engagement and appointment-setting systems built for individual businesses. Our service includes a strategy call, a done-for-you AI build, calendar and CRM integration, conversation training, and one month of hosting and maintenance. Services are described in full at the time of purchase.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The $99 onboarding fee is collected at checkout and applied toward your full AI build. If at any point during the initial strategy call you determine this service is not the right fit, we will issue a full refund of your $99 immediately — no forms, no waiting, no questions asked. Refund requests made after the strategy call are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Ongoing Subscription

Your first month of service is included in your $99 onboarding fee. After the first month, continued access to hosting, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization is available on a flat monthly retainer. Pricing for the retainer will be communicated during the strategy call. You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All conversation flows, AI logic, and systems we build are licensed to you for use in your business. AppoinText AI retains the right to use anonymised performance data and aggregate results for internal improvement. You may not resell or redistribute AI systems built by AppoinText AI without written permission.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information during the onboarding and strategy call process. You are responsible for ensuring that any leads entering your AI system have consented to receive automated text messages in accordance with applicable laws (including TCPA in the US). AppoinText AI is not responsible for compliance failures arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

7. Limitation of Liability

AppoinText AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 90 days prior to the claim.

8. Earnings Disclaimer

Any income or results mentioned on our website are illustrative examples only. Results vary based on industry, effort, lead quality, and market conditions. We make no guarantee that you will achieve the same results. Past performance of any client does not guarantee future results.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients of material changes.
